The cottage is a unique place that blends comfort and modern living perfectly whilst offering large space in every room. The large open plan kitchen, dining and living space can only be appreciated for its scale in person. All bedrooms are large double rooms with high quality furniture and linen. The games room and brilliant garden areas along with the open plan room make it an amazing place to stay with friends and family.

The cottage sits in the picturesque Kent countryside and has plenty of local attractions and historical towns for families to enjoy. The cottage itself offers quality throughout, it is fully equipped with everything you need from the kitchen to high thread count towels and linen. The furniture is all of high qualityand the games room with table tennis and football offers fun for everyone. The garden area has recently been refurbished, it has a sunken seat area and garden tabled BBQ area all under pergola rafters as well as a large artificial grass area.
The cottage has five double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with a walk-in wardrobe and en suite. The second bedroom has a double bed with en suite. The third bedroom can be used as a twin room or super king-size bed. This room also has a single sofa bed if needed. The fourth Bedroom four has a double bed. The fifth Bedroom has a double bed with single sofa bed if needed. The main bathroom has a free standing bath and walk through shower. There is also a separate toilet room downstairs. The cottage also has a large utility room and cloakroom.
