Villa Berry, located just 400 meters from the sea, welcomes you for stays with friends, family, weekday seminars, or weekends.
The Space:
A renovated house in a luxurious "country chic" style. The positions taken by the interior designer, Vรฉronique Cotrel (seen on TV), make it an endearing and friendly family home.
5 minutes from "Les Planches" and 7 minutes on foot from the chic shops of Deauville, you can charge your car at the private electric charging station throughout your stay.
House of 240m2 on 4 levels (each level making approximately 60m2) and a large garden of 350m2:
On the ground floor :
โ a large open kitchen with a large central island and a bar,
โ a kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, Miele dishwasher, XL induction hob, convection oven, microwave oven, etc.

7 minutes walk from Deauville-Trouville station.
Go by bike to discover the city center, or the roads of Mont Canisy for the more athletic.
Going to the market on foot is doable in 20 minutes. The Casino is also a 5 minute walk away.
