The living room overlooks the covered patio and the private garden, ideal for families with kids and groups of friends! The patio is equipped with a dining table with chairs for outdoor dinners and breakfasts and enjoy a moment of relax!

On the first floor you will find the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, one of the two double bedrooms overlooking the little balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a closet. A bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC completes the first floor.
The environment is suitable for those who are seeking peace and quiet, while still remaining conveniently located to downtown and the lake.
