It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sitting area with double sofa bed and dining area.

A shared 8m*14m indoor heated pool, open from early September to late June from 8am to 8pm.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha.
The house is ideally located in Béziers, in a secure residence 15 minutes from the beaches and the Mediterranean. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
