Set in more than an acre of the exclusive Colonya Valley, close to the Pollença golf course yet within walking distance of the Old Town and just a 10-minute drive to Port de Pollença and Cala San Vicenç beaches. Traditional Mallorcan stone walls both outside and inside the property, mature shrubs and bougainvillaea and large, open terraces with stunning mountain views make this a perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation. With the benefit of separate upper and lower level accommodation, La Coma offers ample room for two families or a large extended family wishing to be based at the same villa, yet with plenty of space to relax and find peace and quiet. HIGHLIGHTS: - Large pool - Table tennis. - Beautiful and tranquil location yet close to the town of Pollença. - Plenty of space for large groups or two families. - Quaint traditional style. THINGS TO KNOW: - The twin bedroom in the lower house has a sliding door to separate it from the living area. - There are two cats that live on the property grounds but do not go inside the house. - Although the villa is a 15-minute stroll to the entrance of Pollensa and a further 10 minutes to the main square, we recommend a car for small errands and trips to the local beaches.
