La Coma nestles in the Colonya valley located in the North of Mallorca, only 1km from the old town of Pollensa. This property has breath taking views of the countryside and across to the iconic chapel-topped Puig de Maria. For bird lovers this area is a paradise, there is wealth of species that can be seen soaring round the jagged rocky hills, hawks, kestrels, and kites. The house has been carefully modernized yet keeping the original details from when it was a full time working farmhouse. Lots of the original features still remain and it has a clever balance of the old with the new. The house has been lovingly restored by the owner and has a new tennis court built in 2012. The house is on two levels, downstairs is the sitting / dining area with TV, DVD, and air conditioning, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms all with AC, all rooms have shower / bathroom. Outside you have a very pleasant eating area with the original Mallorcan oven, and exterior shower room and laundry room with washing machine. To the side of the house is the pool which is 8m x 5m with side Roman steps for easy access. It has open and covered terraces and covered private parking.
