Holiday home Kuninez, 1793, stylishly renovated in a great location in the Soca valley. Beautiful river views, privacy, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large summer kitchen with fireplace/BBQ. All modern comforts. Kuninez has airconditioning, a heat pump with solar panels, underfloor heating and water from its own wells. 1 km from Most na Soci on the lake with bars, restaurants, shops, a medical center and a train and bus station.
We live in Kamno on 15 km's from Kozmerice, the little village were Kuninez is. We are always reachable by phone and quickly at Kuninez if needed.
Kuninez is the housename; older houses have their own name, mostly the name of the one who once builded it. Kuninez is positioned a few hundred meters out of Kozmerice, the little village just next to Most na Soci.
Access to the house, summer kitchen and garden (4,400 m2), private driveway of 100 meters, parking on site for several cars.
Kuninez, 150 m2, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a full equipped kitchen with freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, espresso machine and milk frother. The large living room has a fireplace, smart tv and soundbar; new is the launch place on the attic with TV for kids. Wifi is also in the open kitchen with own cutlery and fridge. In case of work there is desk in a separate room. All paintings ( and design) in the house are from Jana Dolenc.
Although there is public transport in Most na Soci ( train and bus), you need a car, motorcycle or bicycle
