Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It is located in nearly a straight line from the main bus station, only a 90-second walk from the heart of Kraljevo. It has the vibe of a home and not a hotel or corporate rental space, and in that sense, was a match for my preferences.

Negative: There is a real sense of neglect to keep the place clean and my guess from my own experience of staying there was that the management is not looking seriously at improving this. Please consider the fact that there are cobwebs in the kitchen and that I found a piece of fasces on the floor beside the toilet. It’s not like the whole place is stained and sticky, the sheets were perfectly clean, but there is a clear inattention to basic upkeep between guests - and things like the freezer being inactive and filled with kitchenware and spice packages will safely deliver most who stay there an occasional surprise. As others have stated, the place is not actually jn the location shared via the listing. This hardly created a bother in itself, as it was under 200 meters away, but in spite of having shared my arrival time a week before and a day before, I still waited outdoors at the not-real-address (a café) for half an hour outdoors in December before the management came to guide me to the actual building.

Summary: Proceed with caution and do not expect the cleanliness you associate with a hotel.
