Positive: - Reception staff super friendly. - Central location with excellent access to all attractions around (including. kids playground, proximity to lift to Snezka, trails, and restaurants etc. - Two bedroom apartment is super spacious. - Super clean - Bank beds for the kids are excellent. - Kitchen well equipped. - Indoor garage and locker with ski boots heater / dryer is a huge benefit (we kept our bikes there)

Negative: - I would add precise receiving clear instruction on where to pick up the keys prior to arrival. As you arrive to The Kovarna building and you "load" your kids, you find out that you need to walk 15min to the reception office for check-in. I'd prefer to drive there first if I knew the location in advance. - lack of microwave oven - no washing machine - no breakfast option (restaurant in the building opens at 0100pm)

Summary: Fantastic, comfy and central place for family stay.
