Featuring two generous bedrooms, the main with ensuite, plus kitchen, open plan dining and lounge room. The alfresco courtyard has a BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining table it also has direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, with quality inclusions such as an induction stove, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment has been fitted out with a passion for providing a great holiday. Reverse cycle air conditioning, access to fast NBN Wi-Fi internet, Austar TV in the lounge room and even a pool table and outdoor heated spa are just some of the features! You will be spoilt for choice for a day at the beach, with Kendalls Beach being just on your doorstep and with a modern children playground. Take a leisurely stroll around the headland to Kiamas Surf Beach or East Beach, an inlet beach, only 3.3 km away. A pleasant seaside stroll past Surf Beach towards the retail precinct, you will stumble across Silica Restaurant, Empire 23 and Wild Patch Cafe. Further afield you will find quality retail shops such as Deer Willow, Beachside Emporium and Inside Story where you can collect that special little piece.
