Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: New furnishings, firm mattresses, excellent bedding and towels. Nice Beduin-style tent in the courtyard. Delicious traditional Jordanian breakfast. Quiet but very close to Gerasa site entrance.

Negative: Inexperienced staff didn't provide basic information on check-in, like where to find wifi password, when breakfast was served, how to get hot water, and payment method. No second cup of tea at breakfast, and they take only cash because they're new.

Summary: Modern, clean, now make it welcoming too
