Positive: Nice quiet area, parking a bonus. Pleasant 10/15 minute walk into the centre. Nice exterior.

Negative: Pictures are deceiving as not an enclosed patio space, this needs to be made clear in description. Some dirty cups in kitchen cupboard. Curtain in bedroom hanging off the rail, I see this was mentioned in a review from 2024, still not fixed. Would not be difficult to fix. Sofa old and uncomfortable. Television difficult to work, mention of a second remote in guidebook however this could not be found. The smell of dog as you entered the cottage was overpowering. Loose flag stone on steps leading out of property to car parking area is a hazard. With a bit of care, investment and better cleaning it would make for a much better stay and a feeling of value for money.

Summary: Lovely location but unfortunately not value for money
