Summary: It did the job for a short overnight for the price - I think acceptable is the right word. The first room I was in, the heater was stuck on and the thermostat was disconnected so they had me move. In the other room only one of the three lamps/lights worked. Also, the grout on the shower walls had pinkish film in areas and was clearly overdue for a clean. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and everything seemed to be clean. Some updates have been made to the older property - the first room had a modern renovated bathroom with a walk in shower and there was a newer vanity in the second room. Seems like big jobs that get contracted out get done but they're lacking regular handyperson presence.
