Positive: This hotel offers the traveller a good value steps from Mannheim Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station). It is a relatively short walk to get to the downtown core. The rooms are clean and modern. I have stayed here in the past and would do so again.
Negative: Being near the train station means walking through some slightly sketchy areas at night. But if one sticks to the main streets, one should be okay.
