Positive: The welcome treat of chocolate and wine was a lovely surprise! It was a self check-in, so I didn't get to meet the host, but the instructions were clear. The apartment was lovely and bed was super comfortable.
Negative: Although I was aware that the kerb parking was a bit tricky and on a first come first serve basis, the last day of my stay, I lost my space and had to park in the multi storey car park down the road, ( £13 overnight), which meant I needed to double park on the road to pack my car on check-out. It can get a bit noisy in the evening, but that is to be expected in a busy inner-town environment.
