Positive: A hotel with a lot of potential . The Spa and the pools were great inside and outside . A lot of facilities and a private parking . Food was really nice and location to the lake is great 👍🏻. Bar staff and restaurant staff were friendliest . The area and the hotel are very relaxing .
Negative: We came on motorcycles for the secure parking but weren’t allowed to park in the covered area and were told to park on a raised side walk behind the hotel in the hotel car park . Each motorcycle was billed when we could have easily both fitted in a parking space as they were half empty they charged what I thought quite a lot of money for both having a covered park space or not even using a parking space .. There was toenail clippings on our carpet when we arrived . The power went out one night but only in our room . The food is really nice although it’s not really hot .
Summary: A nice hotel in a great location despite my comments it generally a pleasant place to stay .
