Summary: I can’t comment on the hotel itself as unfortunately we’re were unable to go due to a bereavement. However i would like to say how very kind, helpful and accommodating the staff were when i contacted them at the eleventh hour to say we wouldn’t be checking in. Even though it was made under a non refundable booking they very kindly refunded us and wished us well. I will definitely be booking this hotel again when we are once again able to travel.
