Summary: You should prebook parking if you have a car; we didn't, but they still had a lot for us - but very narrow street leading to the parking lot. We dislike carpets in the room due to allergies, but except for that the room was good and had a fantastic view of the lake. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was good, and of course breakfast the next morning. Also enjoyed the nice bar area. The hotel is rather small, but cozy and we really enjoyed it. Sulzano itself is also small, with 24/7 ferries to the island if you want to visit. Good place for relaxation.
