Positive: The location is wonderful, surrounded by beautiful scenery and nature. We also really enjoyed the food, which was excellent throughout our stay.
Negative: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The shower was not working on the first evening, and the double bed was actually two separate beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. An additional mattress was not available for the first night, and when it was finally provided, the sheets were dirty. We raised our concerns with the receptionist, but were told there was nothing they could do at the time. After contacting the hotel by email, we were offered a massage voucher as compensation, which we appreciated. However, considering the issues we experienced and the way they were handled during our stay, we unfortunately don't think we will be returning.
