Summary: The staff was very courteous but like most of Japan they didn’t speak much English but we made it work with Google Translate. We booked this hotel since it offered free breakfast but that area was under construction so eating out was an extra cost. At times there was a very strong chemical smell by the elevator like paint thinner. We asked for a discount because of the no breakfast and chemical small but they said no. The rooms were clean. The location was excellent, close to walk to places and to transportation. The Vietnamese restaurant across the street served delicious food! We stayed 12 days there and I would go back.
