Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Central location near to tram stops and not too far to walk to the train station. Beds were firm but extremely comfortable! Shower had very good pressure and was easy to use with hot and cold water. I wasn't expecting complimentary shower gel, so that was nice! There is a lift (although we didn't use it as we were only on the 1st floor with not much luggage). The room was clean and very quiet.
Negative: The room was very hot when we arrived and the fan in the room was tiny so it took a while to cool it down, a bigger/more powerful fan would improve the experience. The window view on the website is for the rooms on the opposite side of the building-- our window overlooked a roof and a grimy alley.
