Summary: I liked much of the property. Everything worked well and it’s just like the photos. Next time I will stay further north towards Zona Centro. A note if you’re expecting rain: On our final night the roof leaked onto the bed, then onto the pillow while we slept. Staff first just moved the bed, and only relocated us once the pillow was soaked — despite earlier saying no rooms were free. The on-site team was kind, but the room we paid for was unusable, and the hotel hasn’t answered two follow-ups asking for a refund of that night. Hard to fully recommend on that basis.
