Positive: The hotel is super accessible from the train station (a 5 minute walk) but also sits in the 'coeur de Nice'. It's a 10 minute walk to the main shopping artery of the city - Avenue Jean Medecin. If you're looking to fit in day trips to Monaco or Antibes/Cannes it's super easy to walk up to the train station. Overall great value for money!
