Summary: We did not receive the room we paid for. We were put in a very squashed room. We also were taken advantage of and missed our train because the person at reception confused us further to make his own commissions out of our queries. Because of this all of the services we paid for after leaving the hotel in Mumbai turned out to be a cost on us with no refund.
