Welcome to the Happy Mike Hostel. Happy Mike Hostel is brand new and luxurious, because as a traveller I tried to build a place I would feel comfortable. Dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge, walk-in showers and proper bathrooms, as well as orthopaedic mattresses are among the perks. Obviously, free WIFI, a common room with flat TV and over 140 channels (English, German, French, Italian, Russian and Chinese).
Benfica is a place that has little tourism and is therefore genuine, which displays in prices, but also in behaviour. People are friendly and the quality of life is just higher than the in the rest of Lisbon. We are just a few minutes away from the Shopping Mall of Colombo and the Metro Station of Colรฉgio Militar/Luz. In addition, the Benfica's Stadium, Estadio da Luz is also 10 minutes walking from our facilities, so it is a great opportunity too visit the stadium of the most important football club in Portugal. You also got a big variety of small restaurants, cafes and shops and one can spend a few days relaxing after having done the tourist-loop.
We are a small luxury hostel with 7 rooms and 19 beds that are divided into two dorm rooms with 6 and 4 beds, 2 double rooms and one single room with a big bed, TV , LAN and a balcony. Since we opened in June 2017 everything is brand new and of high quality and we would love to welcome you in person to show you the original Lisboa that we love so much! In nutshell, Happy Mike Hostel is a place where I, Mike, who has been travelling for about 20 years, would make you feel comfortable and at home away from home.
