Positive: I highly recommend it. The owners are world-class friendly and helpful, just ask them if you need anything or even would like some recommendations on what to see in the area. They'll make you feel at home if you talk to them. We slept with 4 adults in the 2 bedroom room. The rooms are completely new, you can tell. Fittings in the shower don't have a single spot on them. Everything is clean and equipment works properly. On top of it all it's beautifully painted and decorated. There's hammocks, seats and tables in the courtyard as well as a big fridge + freezer and kitchen for common use. As for the location, it's a small village rather untouched by tourism so no big restaurants or anything but has everything you need to get by and some nice coffee spots to grab a drink. Surrounding area has much to offer if you know where to look. Plus it's by the sea. Only downside I can think of is that the mattress is a bit hard, though that's hardly a surprise since it's quite common for Vietnam. Either way, we'll be back!
