Landhaus Waldhart - a haven of peace for eventful days in the heart of the Ötztal.
A small balcony with dining area is at your disposal. A small play area is located in the lower part of the house and is accessible to the Stuibenfall and Blockkogel flats. Car parking is available directly at the house.
The new and modern furnished flat "Stuibenfall" is located on the 1st floor and is accessible through its own entrance area via a spiral staircase. The flat has an area of approx. 80m² and is equipped with two bedrooms (two triple rooms), a new open-plan living area with dining area and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and WC and a bathroom with shower and WC. In the living room and in the bedrooms there are of course also televisions with satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and a dishwasher. A covered balcony with seating invites you to linger. You will find parking spaces directly at the house.
In Umhausen you will find shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery and sports shop) and restaurants. Within walking distance in approx. 2 to 5 minutes.
In Umhausen you will find the Stuibenfall - Tyrol's largest waterfall, the Umhausen natural swimming lake (5 minutes' walk) and the Ötzi village as well as the Ötztal Birds of Prey Park. All the major ski areas such as Sölden, Gurgl and Hochoetz are just a few minutes' drive away.
