Summary: The property is located only 1 block from the MRT (subway) station of Formosa Blvd. Station. The property is very secure as the policy does not allow non-registered guests to enter its parameter. So, if you have friends who want to see the place you are staying in, tell them to book a room with you or on their own. Shoes are not allowed, except slippers provided by the property, beyond the 2nd (included) floor. You need to take your shoes off once you reach the 2nd floor. This means that the owner takes diligent care of the entire property, and practices extraordinary hygiene. The common area on the 2nd floor has lots of books available to those who like to read, and the other common area on the 3rd floor is a kitchen with large dining tables. A wonderful place to have your breakfast or reheat the food you bought from outside. I loved the overall environment of this place. A/C are quiet, and the sound-proofing windows keep most of the noises from the street outside. Definitely, a place that I will return to.
