Positive: I stay at many five-star hotels, but this really raised the bar: from the moment of check-in, to the manager showing me to my room and luggage soon after, to the experience at the pool… I’m merely asked for towels, and our guide asked us where we would like to sit, expertly dressed the lounger with a towel and pillow. Then I realized he ran over to get a son umbrella for us and carted it over for us.

Negative: My only disappointment was that I only booked one night. Don’t make my mistake!
