Positive: A warm welcome, a spacious and well-appointed room with a comfortable double bed in a beautiful location high up in the hills, yet less than 15 minutes from the autobahn, for a very reasonable price. You cannot wish for a better stopover, or for visiting Heidelberg. This was our fourth stay and we hope to come back. Tea and coffee is on the house, but bring your own bread and butter for breakfast. There is an Italian restaurant in the village as well as a kebab and pizza place as a fallback option. A walk downhill to the village centre takes less than 15 minutes, walking back takes slightly longer.
