Positive: The keys were ready in the box with code in front of the apartment. Instructions with pictures and even video were sent via Whatsup by Daniel - the owner. All very smooth and easy going. Apartment is super clean and all perfectly maintained. Daniel always reachable by Whatsup and very pleasant, pro-active. We recommend the place for 4 people as ideal in the valey and close to Stubai Gletcher!

Negative: All just perfect :)
