Fuel and power inc. in rent. Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 x full sized cot, 1 x travel cot, 3 x highchairs and 1 x stairgate. Games room with full size pool table, table football and table tennis. There is also a children's/toddlers soft play area (to be erected by guests) in the property. Off-road parking for 10 cars.
