Negative: Cleanliness was poor, garden was not maintained, outdoor table and chairs where filthy, bench outside was rusty and overgrown with plants. Only 4 chairs for 6 people, all needed throwing away with a bistro size dirty table. Empty plant pots, dead plants, mat needed replacing. Kitchen table and seats extremely uncomfortable and dirty, worktops dirty, stained, carpets in living area, stained and cobwebs on every skirting board, sofas dirty, windows all need cleaning. Toilets need bleaching,
