Positive: Breakfast is good.

Negative: Staff attitude. I asked for an iron which the reception promised to deliver to my room promptly but they never did even after several reminders over the next two days until I gave up. On another incident the reception refused to speak to the taxi driver on my phone who could only speak Arabic.
