Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great sized room, big bed and very quiet area so we had a great few night sleep. The staff were all very helpful and gave us a packed breakfast for the days we were leaving early. Good hot shower. We recommended Gringo Bills to other travellers we met heading to cusco.
Negative: We has a small issue with a miscommunication in arrival time which meant we had to wait outside for an hour at 6am to get into the property. They were very apologetic and resolved the problem as quick as they could, they also gave us free early check in for the inconvenience which was very much appreciated.
