Summary: We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years and have never stayed in the same room twice. This one topped them all for being uncomfortable - it may have a bit to do withe the temperature being in the mid 30's for most of the stay but hey when you charge so much at least have air-conditioning in the rooms. Yes, we had windows that opened but onto a cobbled street with bikes, suitcases, drunks and trollies going past ALL night. Delft is a beautiful city and it is such a pity to leave on a sour note of no sleep for 4 days
