Summary: Check in was very poor. No information provided at all about the hotel, no information on spa, breakfast times - just given the key card. Hotel was in state of renovation so multiple areas, including one of the main bar areas was not available - this was not made clear at point of booking or any discount provided as a result. Areas that were open were very busy as a result. Poor room, air conditioning units right outside window, could hear drains every time adjacent room flushed their toilets. Breakfast disappointing for the cost, buffet only, over-cooked - no options for cooked to order food which was expected. Over all, very disappointed and will not return.
