Neat Villa for 4 people, max. 6, with private pool, just near one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the coast. The villa is at only 200 metres from the magnificent natural dunes beach. The private and completely fenced plot has a carport at the entrance where you can leave the car safe and protected. There ist a beautiful private pool (3,5 x 7 metres) with outdoor shower and lawn area. The fully equipped villa, all on the ground floor, is distributed in two double bedrooms with aircon hot/cold, one of them with a shower bath room en-suite and another shower bath room, fully equipped american kitchen with dishwasher and a lounge with dining area, aircon and pull-out sofa bed. All windows have mosquito nets and electric shutters. A great place to spend the days outdoors, sunbathing and relaxing in the beautiful garden with lawn or dining next to the pool. The endless, fine sandy beach is at just 2 minutes walking. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all you need for a chilled-out holiday; washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge, dishwasher, garden furniture, sun beds, Sat-TV (Astra) and wifi internet. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in both bedrooms and in the lounge. The villa is prepared for 4 people, with 1 double bed (150cm) and 2 beds (90 cm), further, there is a pull-out sofa bed for 1 or 2 more people. Calm location within the Oliva Nova Golf complex. At only a few steps from the sandy beach. The nearest restaurant is at 3 minutes walking and a small supermarket at 550 metres, in the little Oliva Nova shopping centre. The entrance of the golf course is at only 350 metres. The city of Oliva can be reached by car easily within 10 minutes (6,5 km), Denia within 20 minutes (20 km). The large shopping centre Portal de La Marina in Ondara is at 15 km. Oliva Nova is situated between Alicante and Valencia, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes driving.
