Positive: It was an amazing place. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests. When my daughter was injured they immediately supplies us with a driver who took us to a clinic and made sure she was okay when we came back. When we needed to prolong our stay they helped us even though it was last minute. The pool was amazing! there's also a great slide. Even when the hotel was full it did not feel crowded. The cleaning staff made sure our room was clean every day.

Negative: The repetitive menu in the dining room could be improved. But overall it was great.
