Stepping through the front door, guests are greeted by a contemporary living room, featuring polished hardwood flooring that evokes a sense of warmth.
Both floor levels encompass spacious living areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. The open-plan living rooms are bathed in natural light, with comfortable seating arrangements and split system AC. The dining areas, seamlessly integrated into the layout, overlook the garden that complements the coastal ambiance.
The kitchen features quality appliances, including an electric stove, a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, granite countertops, and ample storage space. It's an ideal place to prepare family meals while engaging in conversation with family and friends.
There are 2 beautifully presented bedrooms on each level, including a king bedroom, 2 x queen bedrooms, and 2 x double beds in the 4th bedroom. Each level has a bathroom, with the downstairs bathroom including a shower, vanity, and toilet, and the upstairs bathroom includes a bath, vanity, and toilet.
A spacious deck extends from the living room, creating an inviting space for outdoor relaxation. The beach is across the street, with only a handful of nearby homes. There is loads of off-street parking and plenty of room for boats and jet skis. Located just a few km from the township of Corinella, local produce stores, Maru koala park, and national park walking Strictly No parties โ No groups under 25 years of age.
