Summary: I was there for 20 days, there is a pool in the terrace, its on the 4th floor, where from the window you can see the beach. You need to pay the energy bill apart from the rent price. Some problems on arrival like air con not working properly but in the next day the owner sent a technician and replaced for a brand new one, some light bulbs as well was burn, but they changed as well. The bed is not the best but average for the price...it was not a king size modern bed though. Everyday cleaners come clean the flat, and wash the dishes and make the bed, that is included. There is not an oven, just a double electric, but you can cook with that just takes more time. Microwave is new and fridge as well with s mall compartment for frozen food. Forks,pans, coffee machine, (need to buy paper filter), toaster, are all there good to use. If you need something the staff are really nice and ready to help you. Just need to write something on a paper and put in the door, otherwise staff/cleaner will ring the bell to come and clean the room as they don't provide that little thing to put in the door saying: do not disturb. As the flat is right in front of a sidewalk at the seashore you can constantly hear little sounds of people early in the morning and during the day downstairs or midnight the people cleaning the sidewalk. I would say that in Salvador at this price range in this style you would not find anything 5 stars. But if you can pay more that you will find better places. I recommend the place...but strongly recommend to rent for 2 days and after that if you like pay more days. The owner is really helpful all the time with all my queries. thx
