Positive: The property is clean and well kept. It’s an apartment with a big bedroom, kitchen area with a smaller table and 2 chairs and a nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable enough, though a bit creaky. It’s equipped with all basic household items and appliances. The heating was great and infinite hot water for showering :) It’s in a quiet part of the city, near the campus. A Spar market and some gas stations are spitting distance away, also trams and buses stop very nearby. You have a nice view of the neighborhood. We were there for New Year’s and weren’t bothered by noise, just some fireworks from (I assume) the campus but it wasn’t so bad. The host was very nice and polite. Sent all information on time and replied fast. We had no problems at all.

Negative: We had no complaints during our 3 day stay here.
