From the motorway exit you then count 1 min to reach the apartment.
By train: To reach the apartment it is not necessary to arrive at Lugano station, but you can get off at Paradiso station, as Paradiso has its own station, which is 160 m away from the apartment, i.e. 2 min. walking distance.
