Positive: I stayed at FH55 Hotel Firenze for two nights and had a great experience overall. The staff were helpful, and I really appreciated Thomas’s quick response when the shower needed fixing—maintenance replaced it right away. Everything else was smooth. I’d rate it 9 out of 10.

Negative: I think there’s room for improvement in cleanliness control and bathroom equipment.
