Seit fast 25 Jahren bieten wir "Ferien auf dem Bauernhof" an und haben in dieser Zeit viel Lustiges und Schönes mit unseren Gästen erlebt. Unser Bauernhof liegt in einer idyllischen Landschaft am Rande des Pfrunger und Burgweiler Riedes. Hier, abseits von Stress und Hektik des Alltages, können Sie Entspannung und Erholung finden, Naturerlebnisse der besonderen Art entdecken oder einfach nur die Seele bei einem spannenden Buch baumeln lassen. Steht Ihnen mehr der Sinn nach Unternehmungen, Action und Ausflügen, so sind Sie auch hier in einer hervorragenden Ausgangsposition. Zahlreiche Badeseen, Freizeitparks und ähnliches mehr befinden sich in der Nähe. Für Kinder bietet unser Hof alles was das Kinderherz begehrt - Trampeltrecker und Tiere, Kletterhaus und Sandkasten, eine große Wiese für Spiele aller Art, ein Grillplatz und so weiter und so fort. Der Hof liegt abseits der Straße am Ende der kleinen Ortschaft Tafern. Von hier aus geht es nur noch zu Fuß weiter in die Felder und Wiesen der Gemarkung. Der ursprünglich als klassischer oberschwäbischer Familienbetrieb geführte Hof mit Milchkühen, Ackerbau und Wald hat sich in den letzten Jahren zu einem Ort des schönen Wohnens gewandelt. Wir, die Familie Hanssler, bewirtschaften unsern Bauernhof im Haupterwerb mit Ferienwohnungen, Ackerbau, Wald und Sonderkulturen. Ein vielfältiger Einblick steht Ihnen jederzeit offen. In der Spielscheune gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte, kleine Stühle und Tische, allerhand Kleinigkeiten und als Besonderheit einen kleinen Dachboden. Unsere Gäste in den Herbst- und Wintermonaten suchen eher die Ruhe. Natürlich können von unserem Hof aus die Skigebiete in den Alpen relativ schnell erreicht werden, aber wir sind nun mal kein klassisches Skigebiet. Ca. 15 km entfernt findet man zwei kleine Lifte für Anfänger. Wenn es lange Zeit richtig kalt ist, frieren die Seen zu und Schlittschuhlaufen wird auf ihnen möglich. Ansonsten ist der Winter die Zeit der Thermen und Schwimmbäder. Aulendorf, Meersburg und Überlingen sind nur die naheliegendsten Thermalbäder mit teilweise sehr großzügig ausgestatteten Saunalandschaften.

Die Küche hat mit einem Backofen, einer Spülmaschine, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Herd und weiteren Küchenutensilien alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das Wohnzimmer beherbergt mit zwei bequemen Couches und SAT-TV ebenso alles was man auch mal für einen gemütlichen Schlechtwettertag benötigt. WLAN, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind inklusive. Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen auch ein Kinderbett und ein Kinderhochstuhl zur Verfügung.Im zweiten Stock hoch über dem Alltag gelegen kann man hier selbst bei weniger gutem Wetter Platz und Entspannung finden.
