Unsere 2017 neu geschaffene Ferienwohnung mit Platz für max. 4 Personen befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Ortsrandlage. Ihr Parkplatz befindet sich im Hof. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Ihre Fahrräder ist vorhanden.
Die 70 m² große Wohnung (Nichtraucher) im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses ist hell, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ist auch für Gehbehinderte geeignet.
Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Schlafsofa (160x200 cm), einer HiFi-Anlage, einem großem Flachbild-Sat-TV und kostenlosem WLAN hat einen direkten Zugang zur großzügigen nach Süden gelegenen Terasse. Diese ist mit einem Tisch, 4 Stühlen, zwei Liegen und einem Holzkohlegrill ausgestattet und von einem schönen
Garten umgeben.
Die neue, moderne Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd mit 4-Platten Cerankochfeld und Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer und Wasserkocher sowie einem Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen ebenso sind einige
Gewürze, Spülmittel und Folien vorhanden.
Im geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett (200x200 cm), Kommode u. großem Schrank ist auch Platz für ein Reisebett (dies und ein Kinderhochstuhl sind vorhanden).
Das Tageslicht-Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne, Dusche mit Duschkabine, einem großen Spiegelschrank sowie Fön und Kosmetikspiegel ausgestattet, Das separate WC hat ebenfalls ein Fenster.
Die große Diele mit Garderobe, Schuhablage und Wandspiegel bietet viel Ablagefläche.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Parkett, Vinylboden und Fliesen ausgestattet. Unsere Waschmaschine und der Trockner können gegen Gebühr mitbenutzt werden. Es steht Ihnen aber auch ein Wäscheständer sowie ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen zur Verfügung. Für Ihre Wertsachen gibt es einen kleinen Tresor.
