Summary: The first holiday my wife and I have had since we became a family of four we had some nerves about how it would all go. From the moment we got into reception (after a three hour flight delay) we were greeted by a very friendly team who already knew us by name, and had rearranged for us to eat in a different restaurant as one had closed. The facilities were great with the children's pool a fantastic environment for the little one's imagination to let loose. Every meal was a delight with so much choice and then to be greeted by children's characters whilst dinning just topped it off. The evening entertainment was refreshingly different with a good variety of acts throughout the week. The beach is a few minutes drive away but there is a complementary shuttle service running every 15 minutes from the hotel so more than accessible. The stand out reason we would return was how amazing the staff were with the kids. Even someone just walking past would take the time to interact and make them feel special and that made such a difference for them. Great resort, staffed by even better people.
