An authentic detatched fisherman's cottage situated in the older part of Es Grau village. This cottage has retained its original features such as the old marbled grey Barcelona floor tiles, unique menorcan windows and shutters albeit offering todays comforts, including fully fitted upgraded kitchen, heating and air conditioning. The cottage is extremely cosy and sleeps four. There are two bedrooms in the cottage of which one is double and the other a twin, both of which join the bathroom, lounge with dining table and open plan kitchen. There is plenty of outdoor space around the cottage. ( For parties of five or six) Behind the cottage is a small independent annex available to rent separately ( for more information please message the owner directly) The annex provides two further single beds, attached to the annex is a shower room and toilet. To the rear of the cottage there is a shaded patio with outdoor dining table, BBQ and bougainvillea. Its a 5 minutes walk to the beach, local restaurants and bars and the little port of Es Grau. The cottage is delightfull and it feels like youve gone back in time when Es Grau was made up of about twenty or so properties, take a look in the central Restaurant "Can Bernard" and hanging on the walls you will find many photographs of es grau village in years gone by.
