Cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located in quiet surroundings at the end of a small road only 10 minutes walk from the sea at Als Odde. Bright pool area with whirlpool and sauna and access to a good sun terrace. There is an air / water heat pump to heat the swimming pool. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun after an active day. Bright living room with open connection to the kitchen and with access to a covered terrace. There are two good double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds for four people. Two bathrooms. Unobstructed and partially enclosed garden with swing and trampoline (use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance) and fire pit and plenty of space for play. Not for rent to youth groups.
