Indulge yourselves into the sun and light that surround the villa all day long, or let go watching the magic sunset while taking a pleasure of a swim in the pool.Our villa is full of light and was built in stone, in keeping with the areaโs architectural style.
From its gorgeous pool terrace you can enjoy some of the best views over Niceโs red-tiled rooftops and watch the sunset in the Mediterranean Sea. You will walk into our beautiful hallway and then into the open plan reception and dining areas with the high ceilings and sizeable fireplace. Venture further into the villa to discover the gorgeous living area with amazing views over Mont Boron, Old Nice and the sea.
Next door you will find a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. There are a number of doors leading to charming balconies where you will be able to further take in the views and enjoy the Rivieraโs amazing atmosphere.
Head upstairs to the main bedroom and its ensuite bathroom and again, fantastic Nice town and sea views. Here you will enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink out on the balcony, overlooking the twinkling stars and fairy lights of Niceโs lively main town. There are another two double bedrooms with views on this level.
On the lower ground floor, there is an independent apartment with its own entrances (from outside as well as the inside). It has a double bedroom, along with a bathroom and living.
